How does one access the SETTINGS page on the Mobile app??

Open the Navigation toolbar on the right (long tap on map page or tap on green Map button in the bottom toolbar).
Tap on the menu button (the last), scroll the manu items and tap on Preferences menu item.
Go to Top of Page

On iPhone thare is no much space to represents all menu items.
So all menus are scrollable.
