Hello,
May I remove files from OkMap previous versions in Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\GianPaoloSaliola\OkMap directory ?

Yes, you can.
You should remove "Users\<user>\AppData\Local\GianPaoloSaliola\OkMap\..." previous versions also.
