hi,

I was trying to create a KMZ file and error message popup. "FreeImage Library plugin JPEG is unable to write images with a color depth of 32 bp"
There is nothing wrong with the image since previous version of OKMap had no problem creating KMZ file.

thanks, Reinhard

I’ve fixed this issue.
I’m sorry for the inconvenient.
You’ll find fixed it in the next version of OkMap.
Meanwhile to solve the problem convert manually (with a image editor) your map image from 32 to 24 color depth bit.
Thanks for reporting.

Hi,

The link to the file is the following ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/coz1ydwxcau57og/Anthony%20Nose%20Area.zip ). The compress file contains the tiff and it okm file. I will email you the password to the zip file.
I would just perform the normal KMZ procedure: jpg, 90 of quality, and 255 opacity.

The image you have loaded was an ECW image?

Nope, it was a tif file... thanks for the support..
