Good morning,
The *.rmap type (Twonav format) is not in the list of the supported formats (currently supported by MOBAC).
Please find enclosed a rmap example file.

The new version 17.4 of OkMap is able to read maps in CompeGPS TwoNav (RMAP) format. |

You can use MAPC2MAPC (https://www.the-thorns.org.uk/mapping/) to convert your RMAP map into another format that OkMap can read. |

RMAP is a proprietary format invented by CompeGps / TwoNav, it is not officially documented and cannot be read by OkMap.
The RMap format that OkMap reads is actually a Sqlite database similar to MBTiles.
If you have the technical documentation to read it please let me know. |
