Hello,
the app produces this log, once I click ok it crashes. I would like ideally to restore it (delete and re-install it) and maintain my tracks waypoints and photos. Is it possible? any other solutions?

Forse ho capito allora. Potrebbe dipendere da una immagine relativa presumibilmente a un waypoint che però non esiste nella cartella. Certo non dovrebbe andare in errore.
Puoi vedere cosa c'è nella cartella "Pins"?
Puoi mandarmi il/i GPX che carichi?
Poi se ho ragione ti dico come risolvere.

ciao grazie della risposta, ho controllato la cartella custom maps è vuota. Ho fatto uno screenshot allo schermo, c'è invece un altro messaggio di log che appare poco prima che l'app crashi al premere ok:

Probabilmente c'è una mappa custom che hai caricato ma che non contiene immagini valide o non è nel formato corretto. Per favore inviami i file della cartella CustomMaps collegando il dispositivo a un computer, quindi cancella il contenuto di tale cartella (senza cancellare la cartella CustomMaps).
Fammi sapere per cortesia se così risolvi.
