Posted - 15/05/2013 : 22:45:04 Hi, I generated successfully a calibrated swiss map from a .jpg. I used the proj/datum WGS84 / UTM zone 32N. In OKMap all seems OK. I used "Map tiling" function in "Utilities" to create an OruxMap tiled map. In OruxMap on my smartphone the swissgrid coordinates of Scuol in Engadin (818000, 187000) becomes : 818097, 187150. It's really 818000, 187000 in OKMap. Where have I done a mistake?
NB : I tried to calibrate the map with proj/datum Swiss New Grid, but during the tiling process I got the message "not supported projection". |

Posted - 16/05/2013 : 20:16:54 I've verified that Swiss Grid is supported by OruxMap. I'll add this format as soon as possible. Thanks for reporting.

Posted - 16/05/2013 : 18:05:44 I've georeferenced the map you sent me without problem. In attachment the .okm file. Please put it in the same folder of Test16.jpg file and open it with OkMap.

The projection I've used is "Swiss New Grid" (datum = "CH1903+ (Switzerland)", projection = "Hotine Oblique Mercator". I've also produced a tiled kmz file to test overlapping with Google Earth. Seems ok. |

Posted - 16/05/2013 : 14:04:02 Hi,
I use OKMap 10.8.8 and OruxMap 5.2.4 I did following steps: 1)Map setup CH1903+ 2)Edit coordinates in Alt tab 3)Change map setup to WGS/UTM 32 N to avoid "not supported projection" message. 4)Grid setup CH1903+ 5)Accept and Save to Test16 6)Use "Map tiling" function in "Utilities" to create an OruxMap tiled map.
Thank you for the help.
